Eagerness for education

On the training event that Tsport and Sport&Impianti offered, both remotely and (in collaboration with Theatro) in-presence, to talk about PNRR and its influence on sports facilities and school infrastructure, we asked the 600 participants what they had heard most interestingly on that occasion and what topics they would like to see covered in the future.

It was not a surprise, but rather a confirmation, to note that public contracts management procedures, from the different points of view (from financing methods, to partnership, to the application of regulations and so on) are the topic on which technicians most need to be informed and, above all, ‘trained’.

This applies to external planners wishing to access public assignments, but also to municipal administrations themselves, which are evidently left (in many cases, of course, and not in all) to the individual will of employees and technical offices to inform themselves without having all the tools they need to manage complex and delicate procedures.

This reflects what many small public administrations in general have complained about, as they have struggled to keep up with the demands of the PNRR, risking having to forego the related funding.

It is worth mentioning, in this context, the considerable appreciation received by the speech of architect Rosalba Russo, manager of the Municipality of Legnano, who accurately described the activities carried out by the municipal offices to optimally and efficiently manage all the resources that the European plan is offering (the recording of all speeches can be reviewed at this page).

The request for training coming from the public of technicians, planners and operators in our sector, can only confirm the path – started five years ago – of a qualified offer of meeting moments, live and via web, that Tsport and Sport&Impianti will further consolidate in the planning of the next seasons.
