Gallarate (Va) stadium grandstand with ProSeat by Promix

Promix, with the experience gained in the world of sports facilities, dedicating itself mainly to synthetic surfaces for football, rugby, athletics, tennis, padel, and playgrounds, has now created the ProSeat, seats characterised by a specific design to maximise spectator comfort.

ProSeat is a high-back seat specifically imagined, designed and manufactured to offer the best possible comfort, helping the spectator to relax and enjoy the spectacle, improving the perceived quality of the sporting event they are watching.

The ProSeat by Promix is produced by moulding a single mass of coloured copolymer thermoplastic material with polypropylene masterbatch and glossy finish. Five colours are available.

The product is manufactured in compliance with the regulations concerning seating for sports use, obtaining EN 12727:2016 certifications for resistance and Class 1 for fire resistance.

The fastening points are covered by components that cannot be removed by bare hands and that adhere totally to the step, greatly reducing the possibility of vandalism. The seat is designed and manufactured including drainage holes.

The backrest seat has special features aimed at improving the overall comfort for the spectator.

Firstly, the shoulder support, which is designed to disperse weight force and support the torso, simulating its shape.

The seat then has a ‘service area’, designed to hold any objects the spectator may have (umbrellas, newspaper, bottle…), but which also serves to characterise the seat from a design point of view.

To prevent the spectator’s legs from sliding forward, stabilizing it at the rear of the seat, there is a specific support; as well as support for the ischial areas, an anatomically shaped area that is comfortable to touch.

Finally, in the ProSeat by Promix the height of the backrest has been increased compared to the traditional seat, to provide a greater area of grip and support between seat and spectator.
